Classes and Workshops
“VAST: where anyone can find a voice. First, body prep with gentle Tai Chi, then vocal exercises, then singing together. All served with fun by Sarah, Jo and Sophie. Then tea, coffee, cake and chat with the supportive group.”

What we Offer
Weekly Classes
Our weekly classes offer an enjoyable and effective combination of therapeutic physical and vocal exercises, specifically designed to address the challenges of Parkinson’s. Our methodology targets key areas including voice and swallowing issues, posture, general physical health and emotional wellbeing.
Expect powerful techniques drawn from Tai Chi and Qigong (‘Sound Daoyin’) to start, followed by a series of therapeutic vocal exercises. We finish with some uplifting group singing of popular songs, supported by professional musicians - guest performers are regularly invited to join the fun!
No experience is necesary and regular practice at home is encouraged and supported with provision of short practice videos included.
